Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the requirement analysis and stakeholder analysis for the PMT solution and product regarding to system architecture design & software architecture design
- Conduct the research of the PMT solution for system architecture design and software architecture design
- Lead the roadmap planning of Architecture tool in China and create detail development plan for it in SAFe mode
- Lead the solution design including use cases design, workflow design, information design and application architecture design for system architecture design and software architecture design
- Drive the feature rollout and facilitate the internal usage and customer value creation via solution adoptionEnable Chinese users to access the mature PMT solution for Architecture Design & Management
- Lead the user manual creation and info-hub content release for Architecture Design & Management
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience of automotive software planning and development experience
- Experience of working as Function/ Product Owner is a must
- Good knowledge of Automotive SW, System engineering, E/E architecture and software engineering
- Know well about the Architecture Design Process and practice
- Familiar with mainstream E/E & SW architecture design and management tools
- Experience or knowledge of Agile
- Strong capabilities and skills of planning, communication and problem solving
- Experience with architecture tool development
- Good knowledge of MBSE and MBSD theory and solution
- Good knowledge of ALM and DevOps
- Familiar with CAMEO, PREEvision, Codebeamer, Simulink etc.
- Knowledge and experience of ASPICE and SAFe framework
- Fluent in English and Chinese. German is a plus
