Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop a concept to create an ASPICE roadmap and implement ASPICE requirements in company to Level 3
- Leading the improvement of Corporate Process Model
- Improve process and implement ASPICE with tool chain
- Manage ASPICE gap analysis problems and provide the team best practice
- Develop a concept and implement ISO 26262, functional safety requirements of the company level
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Technical university or above in software engineering, computer science, electronic engineering, information technology
- At least 2 year working experiences of the connectivity or automated driving function development in automotive industry
- Working experiences in the software development, Programing experiences
- Has successfully leaded at least one project which achieves Automotive SPICE L1 & L2 or above requirements
- Knowledge about Automotive SPICE (preferred certified Provisional Assessor or above)
- Knowledge about ISO26262
- Knowledge about ISO21434 or J3061
- Working experiences in the process management and/or quality assurance
- Knowledge about the quality management, quality management tools and methods
- Agile coach/Scrum Master experience
- Project management experience
- Fluent in English
