Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate into new regulation drafting activities with Chinese authorities
- Analyze CS regulations, incl. standards, Laws, Decrees, etc.
- Develop and analyze reports and alerts to identify gaps and propose changes to improve the organization’s security, risk and compliance posture
- Interpret regulations into technical requirements for software development
- Collaborate with engineers, business process owners, InfoSec, Internal Audit, external audit, and systems owners in the testing of new software capabilities, programs and applications, and risk assessments
Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master in Engineering/Management Major
- 4-6 years of professional Information Security and/or IT Risk and Compliance experience
- Experience with GB(/T) standards drafting work
- Familiar with UNECE R155, R156, ISO 21434
- Good communication skill of public affairs, i.e. deal with government entities
- Sufficient knowledge of security technologies, e.g. encryption, authentication, authorization, integrity check, etc.
- Experience in building policies and procedures around information security
- Holding a CISSP or similar cyber security certificate is a plus
- Good written English
