Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Connect and collect requirement of software development process from other business units
- Contribute to the Product vision and roadmap of PMT software factory product
- Manage and prioritize the team’s backlog according to business requirement analysis
- Manage the PMT scrum team to deliver PMT product value continuously
- Get and Apply the feedback from internal customers of PMT product
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- Excellent knowhow in automotive development business
- 5-7 years above working experience of cloud-based software development or in-house DevOps platform development
- Strong skills in information collection and business analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Product owner experience in an Agile(SAFe) development environment strongly
- Master on at least one language of python, java, shell, js, groovy
- Master on Jenkins pipeline development
- Master on Git and at least one of tool gitlab, github, azure devops
- Proficient with program language’s lint, compile, unit test framework
- Proficient with at least one of DevOps Integration Platform Jenkins, GitHub Action, Bamboo, Azure DevOps Pipeline
- Familiar with clean code principles
- Familiar with dependent packages management tools
- Familiar with software configuration management is a plus
- Familiar with docker and kubernetes knowledge and work experience is a plus
- Familiar with UML
- Preferred Skills: DevOps; Jira management software; Product Management; Product Owner; Experience with Agile method
- Innovative and creative thinker
- Strong personal organization and time management skills
- Enthusiastic and passionate about Software Development
- Strong communication skill and problem solving skill
- Excellent written/verbal in English, German language is a plus
