Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Flashing ECUs and updating vehicle to the target test configuration
- Update coding and dataset using CP-Tool
- Execute Functional and User experience test cases
- Align with Integration Management department for test plan and sequence for each sprint
- In case of deviation in function or behavior, perform a preliminarily analysis of the incident
- Perform basic vehicle diagnostics using ODIS and IDEX
- Create error tickets in KPM and create “bugs” in Azure DevOps
- Upload logger traces, screenshots, log files, core files, videos related to issues/ticket
- Support error manager to perform retests, bug fix verification or provide additional traces for analysis
- Align with the speedboat captains for: Infotainment, ADAS, Connectivity, Charging, and Body. Provide support in executing their test/re-test requests
- Candidate must be willing to take ownership of the prototype vehicle/s allocated to them during testing and updating. Take necessary safety precautions to make sure the vehicle and test center are safe during testing and updating
Qualifications
- Knowledge about vehicle functionalities is an advantage
- Vehicle functional/user experience testing experience is a plus
- Vehicle diagnostics knowledge is an advantage
- Experience with diagnostic tools such as: ODIS, IDEX, CP-Tool, Diagra
- Well organized, attention to details and focused work style is necessary
- Basics about logger, capturing different traces, Vector CANoe
- Experience using KPM, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and JIRA is a plus
- Strong MS office skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed under stressful times is necessary
- Experience with Audi or Porsche vehicles is an advantage.
- Agile testing, CI-CT experience is a plus
- German language skills is definitely an advantage
