Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- + You are responsible that all test errors on the Integration test instances and vehicles are tracked and solved in time
- You check the quality of the error description and necessary traces/data
- You organize and lead regular committees to discuss test errors with the different development departments, solve, track and escalate tickets
- You are responsible for the reporting and presentation to the management
- You review and optimize the processes, reports and tracking to meet ISO-standards and to continuously improve the efficiency
Qualifications
- Master Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years work experience in the (automotive) electronic industry or similar
- Solid experience in function and software development
- Experience in project management/coordination in complex environments
- Experience in the application of tools for Project management (e.g. JIRA)
- Several years of practical experience with agile working methods and Frameworks (e.g.
- SCRUM, SAFE, etc.)
- Languages: Chinese and English. German is a plus
