Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for software configuration management tooling（ eg: JIRA, Confluence）Build up, Configuration, Commissioning, Optimization and Maintenance
- Summarize and sort out the operation and maintenance work report+ Have experience in agile delivery, and use agile management tools such as workflow, Kanban board (Risk, Dependency) to build customized system configurations
- Use JIRA dashboard to realize visual configuration of project progress
- Use Confluence “Macros” and provide technical support
- Be good at communication, have the ability to summarize business needs and be able to independently complete simple business configuration
- Provide consultation on the configuration of agile management processes and tools for the project, product and technical teams, and provide daily training and support services
Qualifications
- More than 5 years of relevant work experience, Strong sense of responsibility and initiative;
- Experience working in agile teams using SCRUM methods and tools;
- More than 3 years of configuration management experience, more than 1 year of continuous integration experience
- Knowledge and practical experience in agile R&D, DevOps, continuous integration and continuous delivery
- Fluent business language skill in English (verbal and written)
