Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- China OSS (Open Source Software) Process Fully Release
- High level definition of OSS process scenario (distribution channels)
- Detail process for internal distribution OSS
- Blackduck Go Live in Production (PO scope)
- Track and support the Blackduck License purchasing
- Setup blackduck in Production environment (Risk of Dependency)
- Release user manual in info-hub
- PCMS (Product Compliance Management System)
- Training rollout and execution
- Finalize Web-based training (WBT) Material
- Upload the WBT material to intranet(successfactor)
- Publish the PCMS training timeline, and start to execute the training
- Rollout the web-based training (WBT) material to BU departments
- PCMS-Objectives and KPI setup
- Refer to finalized process from the company overarching targets, figure out the specific targets
- Develop key performance indicators (KPI) to quantitatively measure the PCMS effectiveness
- High level OSS Process Scenario and guidelines
- Detail Process, Roles & responsible definition of internal and external distribution OSS
- Training plan and materials for PCMS
Qualifications
- Sufficient experience and Proven Practice of OSS with knowledge of Open-Source Software and Application Security Knowledge
- Sufficient experience and practice of Product Compliance Management
- At least 5 years’ experience in related domains
- Fluent English and Chinese is a must
