Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Localize group security policies into China
- Make sure local policies can fit into regulatory environment in China
- Provide training/introduction service to local policy users
- Take the Security Manager/advisor role in our product engineering process
- Collaborate with TS-1 and C|TP to improve/design new processes for security
- Act/support the roles of SecA (security advisor) in SecPD/SecPEP
- Promote/enforce secure process into other development department
- Support in-domain security owners and keep the process flow
- Ensure appropriate changes and improvement actions are implemented as required
- Partner and coordinate with security teams, external auditors, management, and other testing groups to best address relevant risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master in Engineering/Management Major
- With Relevant/similar to Security Engineering process
- Experience with security auditing process
- Good knowledge of engineering process design
- Knowledge of Risk management/evaluation, quality control
- In-depth knowledge of ISO9001 and Corporate Process Model
- Be able to coordinate cross department collaboration
- In-depth knowledge around Global Risk and Compliance efforts
- Have relevant knowledge and experience testing design and operation of IT General Controls for user access, change management, system integrations, and system development activities
- Fluent English
