Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Define quality assurance plan for assigned software development projects
- Participate and approve process tailoring within projects
- Control and report quality status for assigned projects according to quality assurance plan. Activities may include work product review, process audit, process gap analysis, process assessment, quality maturity measurement, release review, milestone review, issue tracking, escalation, etc.
- Coordinate and participate customer audit, and support and track audit issues till closure
- Provide training, coach and support for assigned projects on quality related topics
- Work with other colleagues for process continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor or master degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering) or relevant professional experience
- 3 to 8 years’ working experience, at least 2 years’ experience in software quality assurance in automotive industry, having additional software engineering experience(e.g. development, test, project management) is preferred
- Familiar with ASPICE, Provisional Assessor is preferred
- Familiar with configuration management and tools (e.g. Confluence, Jira, Codebeamer, etc.)
- Knowledge of other quality standards is preferred (e.g. CMMI, ISO9001, IATF 16949, ISO26262, ISO21434, TISAX, VDA, etc.)
- Knowledge of SAFe, Agile, Scrum methodology is preferred
- Knowledge of specific requirements is preferred (e.g. Formel Q, KGAS, etc.)
- Good skills in English, communication, presentation, time management, team work
