Responsibilities
- Upload JD to all available Platforms e.g. Wechat,Linkedin,Liepin,Zhaopin,boss etc.
- Perform an active search for candidates daily by using the candidate database and all available resources in the notion
- Work closely with business in order to deeply understand teams’ organization structure, responsibilities, strength/weaknesses and key business.Utilize this information to develop most effective recruiting strategies.
- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management, gauging chemistry of candidates for fit and motivation rather than simply sell a role. Meanwhile, manage to ensure all sourcing channels are sufficiently utilized, including but not limited to employee referrals, career portals, search firms, job fairs, etc.
- Active participation in the full cycle recruiting efforts, including emphasis on the capability of assessment skills to help evaluating candidates and ensuring the highest bar. Lead final assessment and selection process.
- In charge of the offer proposal and negotiation process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above in English language, HR management, business, account, economics or similar Major. German is plus.
- 2 years above of work experience in Auto industry or related fields.
- Proactive quick learner, enthusiastic in recruiting management.
- Detailed-oriented, logical thinking, with high work quality.
