Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- + Preparation, follow-up and implementation of Solution Events in the PI cycle
- + Creates and communicates the PI calendar
- + Compares product requirements with the affordability of the Solution Organization via velocity, teams, budget and capacity as a bottom-up aggregation of the levels below
- + Measures Solution KPIs and drives improvement measures
- + Close cooperation with the other team and the coaches from PMT
- + Supports in identifying and resolving impediments
- + Introduces tools and tools to increase Solution Train efficiency and optimizes them
- + Accompanies and advises on the qualification portfolio/team development (e.g. SAFe, Lean-Agile)
- + Promotes collaboration between Solution Trains and stakeholders
- + Coaches all relevant roles at method and system level
- + Supports risk management according to SAFe
- Setting of Solution milestones in cooperation with the other team
- Setting of administrative control tools in the Solution Train (e.g. JIRA boards, etc.) in interaction with PMT
- Defining, organizing and moderating the interactions on the Solution Train level within the PI cycle
- Definition and communication of the Solution Roadmap and the calendar for iterations and product increments in the Solution Train
- Coaching of leaders, teams, solution train engineers, release train engineers and SCRUM masters
- Escalation and tracking of obstacles
- Coaching of all roles involved and cooperation with the coaches employed
- Central Solution Events in the PI cycle
- Design of the Solution Train environment so that an optimal flow of value is enabled (e.g. finance, purchasing, legal, …)
- Process stability and adherence to agile methods, values and principles in the Solution Train
- Technical management of the process roles involved
- Inclusion of topics in transformation and other team and active participation
Qualifications
- More than 5 years of relevant work experience, Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
- Experience working in agile teams using SAFe/SCRUM methods and tools
- Agile/SAFe certificates
- Excellent abilities in independent, self-organized work, and cross-functional collaboration
- Good documentation & communication skills
- Good knowledge of confluence, Jira, MS office
- Fluent business language skill in English (verbal and written)
