Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Conceptual definition of target picture
- Definition and alignment of collaboration and operating model
- Process flow and process RASI definition
- Synchronization workshops
- Content sparring/support for key initiatives of the solution train
- Project management
- Project reporting
- Operational committee management in China for Solution Train
- Continuous communication with project stakeholders
- Network usage (Brands and Group in the Region of China and Europe)
- Top-Management presentations
- Top-Management workshops
Qualifications
- Above 8 years working experience, and with multi-culture and multi-lingual background
- Above 5 years working experience in auto industry, development field is preferred
- Consulting experience is required
- Good presentation and communication skill
- Project coordination between Germany, JVs, 3rd party vendor and implementation team
- Responsible for overall project delivery quality
- Responsible for project team coaching and training
- R&D experience is needed
- Connectivity experience is needed, such as connectivity product implementation, connectivity date driven topic, or connectivity project PMO
- Experience of Mobile Online Service relevant topics; Solid knowledge on vehicle and backend integration
- Stakeholder/ supplier management (hardware, software, mobile network operator etc., depends on project needs
- Excellent communication and argumentation skills
- High ability to solve problems; structured, analytical and self-organized
- Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese, written & spoken; German language skills are highly preferred
