Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Support on further enhancement and refinement
- Support on further enhancement and optimization of processes and interfaces
- Key improvements, with focus on the mechanism interfaces
- Rollout of key regular market analysis, test drive report template, timeline and schedules
- Establish an activation and communication plan for all the above mentioned processes
- Support all teams to build up the innovation processes mechanism internal team
- Support necessary innovation process implementation
- Maintenance of a product innovation relevant portfolio and roadmap for Chinese team and ensure the budget flow in local planning round control
- Support committee documentation in the regards of innovation
Qualifications
- At least 3 (three) years of experience in projects in the automotive or software industry·
- Personal network to the expected contact partners in Beijing and Germany
- Proven expertise in the vehicle product and basic or even advanced know-how on the automotive market
- Detailed knowledge of the current R&D-organizations, core processes and boundary conditions
- Project reporting
- Operational regular test drive management and documentation
- Operational regular documentation of market analysis
- Continuous communication with project stakeholders
- Network usage (Technical domains cross Brands and Group in the Region of China and Europe)
- Top-Management presentations
- Top-Management workshops
- Fluent in Chinese and English. German is a plus
